The hiccups were along the lines of slower than anticpated adoption of data visualization, and sluggishness of LRS too, which although I thought wouldn’t be fast, I was surprised how bad it really was from within an LMS. So the whole notion of someone’s system being skill driven only as something new is a stretch.
