When you insert YouTube widget in your Adobe Captivate 2017 project using Interactions menu > Learning Interactions and view the SWF output, you may experience the following issues: Video content getting truncated/cut-off in IE 11. On Chrome and Firefox, You Tube widget doesn’t load.

SWF in Browser works as well. Here’s some things I tried that didn’t work: – Update my Firefox (standard browser). – Uninstall Firefox and use Google Chrome. – Reinstall latest Firefox version. I am using the latest Adobe Captivate Version. Thanks already!

I am using Adobe Captivate version of 2017 Release – 10.0.0.192. Please Note: I have tested on Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer and even on Mac Safari Browser. Project is working on Local machine while uploading on web server it is not loading.

Errors with published project

Hi, Every time I publish a project Cp 2019 and run it in Firefox, the width of the project is cut off on the left side by a few pixels. If I change the zoom out in Firefox to one less than 100% everything appears as designed. This seems to throw off all the buttons as I need to click them repeatedly to get any to work.

I first thought this to be a limitation of HTML5 (first article was for SWF output) and tested it out. It is important to know that I am using version 11.0.1.266 (CP2019), Windows version and tested in Chrome/Edge and Firefox. This is the link to the forum thread.

Firefox : Disabled by default behind the network.preload flag. Although Captivate does not directly entertain all such modifications, we have 2 points to add these stuff in our Captivate project. MS Edge : Partial support (In Development). In index.html of our project output.

Upon viewing my course, I ran into quite a few errors, which I came across when using Chrome (in incognito mode to avoid cache) and Firefox. Click the index file within the folder, and then the URL that correlates to it. However, these errors presented themselves only when the URL was [link] , so you may have to change to [link].
