Here’s some things I tried that didn’t work: – Update my Firefox (standard browser). – Uninstall Firefox and use Google Chrome. – Reinstall latest Firefox version. I am using the latest Adobe Captivate Version. – Remove the added advanced actions and tested it again.

I am using Adobe Captivate 9 and uploading a SCORM into the Litmos LMS platform. When the SCORM is viewed on the Litmos mobile app on a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, I get the following message: “Adobe Captivate – This browser does on support some of the content in the file you are trying to view.

When you insert YouTube widget in your Adobe Captivate 2017 project using Interactions menu > Learning Interactions and view the SWF output, you may experience the following issues: Video content getting truncated/cut-off in IE 11. On Chrome and Firefox, You Tube widget doesn’t load. Playback controls (play, pause etc.)

Hi, Every time I publish a project Cp 2019 and run it in Firefox, the width of the project is cut off on the left side by a few pixels. If I change the zoom out in Firefox to one less than 100% everything appears as designed. This seems to throw off all the buttons as I need to click them repeatedly to get any to work.

The playbar doesn’t disappear in IE11, Edge, Firefox or Safari. The Captivate playbars work fine for me in every other way and I don’t have a need to create custom play controls except this problem in Chrome. Again, the area where the buttons should be is still still works. Any assistance will be appreciated.

The squares do not show up on Firefox or Explorer on PC just Chrome. One of the squares is over an image and the other one is after a colon: prior to a bulleted list. They were developed in 2017 on a Mac and viewed in Chrome. Below are the images from the slide showing the square.

This is true for any browser, including Chrome, IE, or Firefox. I had to re upload the old version of the course created in Captivate 2017 back to the LMS, so unfortunately we are stuck with the old version of the course. Other folks from our organization has had similar issues when updating to the 2019 version.

When I viewed the file in preview on Captivate prior to publishing it worked perfectly. After it was uploaded I viewed the file live from my website through Firefox and it worked perfectly. When I view the file on my computer before uploading it worked perfectly.

Upon viewing my course, I ran into quite a few errors, which I came across when using Chrome (in incognito mode to avoid cache) and Firefox. Click the index file within the folder, and then the URL that correlates to it. However, these errors presented themselves only when the URL was [link] , so you may have to change to [link].

Hi, all, I’ve been teaching Captivate classes in which we start with a video on the first slide of an exercise. When published to HTML5, it works well in the latest versions of IE, Edge, and Firefox (in Windows) but in Chrome, the video doesn’t start nor does the audio. In addition, I have audio on the slide.

When you storyboard and develop your courses in Captivate, ensure that you have a visible keyboard focus indicator in the browser(s) that your organization/company is using! I had this problem not long ago with Internet Explorer and there being a very faint keyboard focus field when testing a published Captivate course.

I typically write my Javascipt in Notepad++ and then copy and paste into Captivate unless the Javascript is only a couple of lines long. Firefox Developer Edition. I don’t use this browser for my daily surfing but I do use it when I’m previewing content I’ve created in Captivate or elsewhere.
