There are more vendors who do not offer the ability to post – i.e. add audio afterwards it is quite amazing. Again, simple and yet again arguably with many vendors difficult to do. There is something wrong when a free and open source product like Audacity can do it, yet a product that costs hundreds of dollars cannot.

AICC (Aviation Industry Computer-Based-Training Committee): The first official eLearning content standard, AICC was developed by the Aviation Industry CBT Committee in 1993 as a CD-ROM based standard.
