Im just scratching the surface, I suppose. Im feeling lonely and really nerdy. Id like to push this somehow, but Im not sure.

Wired has now done a great review of the app: Buzzword: Web-Based Office Docs Never Looked So Good. ".the Buzzword beats current Ajax-based offerings like Google Docs and Zoho Writer in both usability and aesthetic impact. Im on the press page, so I think I should get at invite, dont you? I like that its built in Flash.

Insights gleaned After my panic sub-sided, I realized it was time to get into a more direct conversation with the SMEs. Can better use be made of tools and applications like Skype, AOL, Webinars, conference calls, video conferencing, Google docs, etc.? E-mail was just not the answer.

Im not sure I buy how much real impact any of this will have on bottom line measures. or social learning or more specifically with using social tools to do things like have interesting conversations - what I want to measure is really not at all what is learned. Im not trying to be flip. I just dont see the challenge here.
