The Swipe Rule – Vendors need to swipe your card to follow up with you; which is fine; but I cannot tell you the number of times when I was a Director of Training and told the vendor in the face to call me or email me, and never heard from them. I hear the same horror stories from other training management folks too.

I’m glad to report that Litmos, a Lite LMS vendor, has dropped any additional cost for more storage, if you go over your included storage. A number of vendors whose real focus is the Talent Management/Performance Management market. Based on feedback, comments and interest from end users, this is a hot market.

Please remember for TM or as some vendors like to pitch as “performance management or knowledge management&# , the modules are extra and are not part of the system (at least for now). E-commerce is standard, multi-tenet off the main system, with each distributor/wholesaler/reseller/sales agent, etc.
