Solve it: When the vendor is showing you the LMS/LCMS ask them if that is included in the system or an extra cost. But it is a rapid e-learning authoring tool stripped down, nothing more. Freebies are no longer free. A trend that is happening in the LMS market more so than in the other e-learning markets, is the failure to follow their path of success.
