I am confident that a vendor who sees value in terms of mobile learning (and thus that do – see that), can afford $500, even a $2,000 for an app. That alone, though will not solve the problem. Have a native app – this is a huge problem with mobile learning vendors. You can’t for the iPhone.

I would love to see a survey from ASTD sent one week after the show to attendees asking them what vendors they visited online with specific requirements that they did so, without visiting the ASTD app, ASTD online site showing the exhibitors and their web sites and the heavy book. Many vendors stated as such to me. Here is a hint.
