I don’t actually think using the terms “social learning” or “informal learning” is the right way to go about selling this stuff either.

I announced the Informal Learning 2.0 Knowledge workers have replaced factory workers. Shareholders owned the factories, but workers own their minds. Information spreading through network connections empowers workers to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Everyone has a voice.
