For Wiki-like capabilities, it likely is fine for an LMS to provide these and for learning organizations to use them.

Aha Moments in 2007

I started using del.icio.us and Yahoo MyWeb to save bookmarks - locally saved favorites seem rather limited now. A purely virtual conference ( Free Online Conference - Corporate Learning: Trends) with amateur organizers, gorilla marketing through social networks, and a wiki for it's main page worked out pretty well.
