In 2017, video platform company Kaltura issued its fourth annual survey-based report on the state of video in education. Instead, engagement seems to plateau again between six to twelve minutes. They offer a SaaS version, but that is fee based. They have a freebie version which has an appropriate number of feature sets, then they have paid versions for individual and organization.
