They were quite knowledgeable about SharePoint, had a very solid solution, albeit I wish they would update their icons – total Windows 2000 look. But here is the thing – why would someone want to do that?

Multi-tenant is doable, although they charge for additional portals, past the first one (a minus IMO). But what you do not see is their burn rate, nor their financials in the end before being acquired.
