I was one of several authors who collaborated on the survey questions and wrote different sections of the report. The survey data itself I find to be pretty interesting and useful for some important aspects of selection. Sometimes it's how they were referred to by the survey respondents and it hasn't been cleaned up in the data.

The eLearningGuild asks industry experts to formulate survey questions that are then sent to their members. That seems like a disconnect.
