This solution reminds me of Articulate Studio in terms of its capabilities, but at a lower cost. They are reporting that in March 2013 you will be able to output to HTML5. Therefore, new rankings are in order.

New Authoring tool rankings #11 to #20

I also like the scenario templates which include ones that have work backgrounds and not something you would see in Word (ugh). 1st vendor to have online/offline mobile synch.

Sure there were exceptions on the desktop side – most notably Articulate Storyline, but overall until desktop vendors see the advantages of SaaS, especially with real time collaboration and peer review, tablets will be slow going.
