Some captions and parts of images might have a dark background when published in CP5 with slide quality set as JPEG. Size of SWF output files is an important consideration for many content developers as it takes longer time for end users to download larger files. The different quality levels you can choose for a project are.

For SWF output you had the choice: it was possible to change the default setting which was to have a movie playing automatically after loading. Mostly I duplicate a slide from the project to create such a poster image, Duplicate because it may need some editing, especially if you also want to have a better looking Play arrow.

The logos are on multiple master slides and are png files. They don’t have Captivate and don’t want us to replace images and republish multiple modules every time they want to resell the courses. They haven’t asked yet, but we know the client’s name is also on the TOC/project info.

One exception: embedded buttons on Quiz/Score slides cannot be shape buttons, so I use transparent buttons for those. The SVG, activated as button, has all the features of shape buttons: can be used on master slides, can be timed for the rest of the project (not in Fluid Boxes), can be added to quiz and score slides as extra button.
