I once recall a conversation I had with Skillsoft, before they purchased SumTotal. . Some of are solid (like Biz Library, who will also sell you the LMS separately, albeit overwhelmingly their customer base are courses first, LMS tossed in second). SumTotal Learn now includes a bundle of courses as part of your purchase.

First, when our discussion turned to machine learning, he said, “People forget that computers are really dumb,” and in the end of everything, its all binary – i.e. 1’s and 0s. I look at multiple variables and factors when identifying the top 10 systems, and thus, please, please do your due diligence.

This is a tough one, because honestly there are a lot of average learning systems at HR Tech. If I was to compare the Big Dog Four – SuccessFactors, Saba, Cornerstone OnDemand and SumTotal by Skillsoft, Saba would win hands down. Can the system be improved? Can the system be improved? Speaking of which.
