Publish the Captivate project to a swf.

Articulate Studio has an extra option for compressing images either individually or for the whole project, helping you reduce the file size on a very granular level. Because Articulate Presenter is a Microsoft PowerPoint plug-in, you get the benefit of PowerPoint’s Compress Pictures function. Adobe Captivate.

If you use Articulate Presenter, hide slides 2-4 and set the branching on the player controls to go back to slide 1 and forward to slide 5 (if you had one). This will help you line up your PowerPoint hyperlinks. Publish the course and go into the data folder and locate the background swf file. What do you think?

I took a typical linear PowerPoint course and converted it to something that is more focused on helping the learner meet the organization’s goal, which is to sell the clock. As a bonus, I even used PowerPoint to create Flash animations by publishing the slides in Articulate Presenter. View the updated course here.

Keeping these in a separate folder and launched as individual SWFs will also help keep the file size and load time down. Articulate - Presenter and Quizmaker are providing the assessment and an ease of packaging it as a SCORM compliant course. What I like is the ease of developing an assessment in Quizmaker.
