You can: Drag one or more images you select in the folder finder tool onto the Photoshop interface. Select one or more images in the folder finder tool and right click to open a menu. Select from File > Open > via the menu bar at the top of the screen. Toolbox is a panel that contains all of the tools used in Photoshop.
