I must confess it is now four months since I received an in-depth demonstration from the people at Saba of their People Systems Suites. First off, it’s worth noting that Saba does not seem to have been suffering like so many of its competitors through the downturn: It gained 113 new customers in 2010, which was a record year.

B2B external is good, definitely needs improvement in some areas. Definitely a system to watch in 2020. Saba Cloud – Saba is such a wild card here. Saba was once a kingpin in the industry, then dropped down, now, I think they are on the upswing again, so it is a system to keep on an eye on.

20 Saba Learning Suite. While the pricing is outrageous and the Saba as a whole seems better suited as a HCM, their learning suite is a better alternative than those who want Cornerstone OnDemand. While its user interface good definitely need an upgrade, for people who want a true synchronous based platform (i.e. 16 Meridan KSI.

I removed any vendor built 100% on free open source or open source whereas it is always 100% customized so that one could build a mega monster or build a 1995 version. I could say six, if I include Grovo, but I see them right now as a learning system without clear definition. So, hence the five.

It's been fun working with them and has definitely added a new spark. open up exciting opportunities for people to access relevant information where and when they require it. All the Open source systems – again you must add TinCan API on your own. Latitude Learning – only if you have the open source solution and you must add TinCan API on your own. I would say that there definitely was a boost. Litmos – but only assessments. Sum Total Systems. Sum Total Maestro.
