It can be used as a progress meter, a main slide menu, or simple process interaction. There are two versions of the free elearning template: Storyline 2 and PowerPoint. Free E-Learning Template: PowerPoint. Download the free PowerPoint template. The PowerPoint version is limited to a click-and-reveal interaction.

And at the end of the post you’ll find the original PowerPoint file for you to download and deconstruct. I combined shapes in PowerPoint 2010 to cut a hole in the lid and make it transparent. I saved it as a PNG. I also added the tutorial to the last slide for those who can’t access the Screenr tutorial.

Looking over the tutorial, I wondered if I could follow the steps to recreate the icon in PowerPoint. Obviously the steps are a bit different and since PowerPoint is not as robust as Illustrator, you have some limitations. Another benefit to this exercise is learning to use PowerPoint in new ways. Create the envelope flap.

Understanding PowerPoint Slides. PowerPoint is easy-to-use screen and with some practice, you can build almost any type of visual. Because of this, I build my simple graphics in PowerPoint and save the slides as images. Go to Design>Slide Size and modify the slide size. So there you have it.

A few years back, I was at a workshop where the PowerPoint team was showing some of the new features in the soon-to-be-released PowerPoint 2010. The PowerPoint developer demonstrated how to customize the ribbon toolbar in PowerPoint. Creating custom shapes is buried in PowerPoint and not easy to find. Slide master.
