But I'm worried, because while I just got through writing about my concern in Using SharePoint that learning organizations seemed to be making the same mistake of Not Preparing Workers for Web 2.0. Setting up a SharePoint for a community or work team is very different from teaching them about Personal Learning.

Salesforce.com’s social network application was inspired by Facebook. When an organization is improving its workscape, looking at consumer applications is a good way to think about what’s required in the corporate space. Connections to friends and colleagues, like Facebook and LinkedIn. We are a learning organization.
