To help you get around this problem, we recommend that you look into getting a microphone that can carry the quality of the Heil PR 40. Also, the best sound formats to work with for the sound is going to be WAV. You can find that it’s quite a high-space sound format but it’s easily the clearest and best.

Our recording process requires a laptop with power, microphone, USB cable, and specialized software: Adobe Audition has been purchased as part of the eLearning suite. There are two ways to do this: directly upload an audio file (mp3, wav, etc.), record some audio through your laptop’s microphone, a headset, or any other kind of audio capture device you have available (no special software required). There’s also the option to import questions in the AIKEN and GIFT formats.
