Some post wrong information, but it’s caught and corrected. Trainers working with the product run into each other and talk, sometimes teaming up to work together.

I see lots of good-presentations-gone bad, often due to the speaker trying to put too much information into the available time. They visit Wikipedia and Google and clip art galleries to amass piles of information, factoids, job aids, video clips, and PowerPoint shows, then try to compress it into a 75-minute session.

It's the internet, and you can't both share information there and really expect it to be 'private'. Don't be surprised if you learn that someone has harvested your email address, or used Google street view to get an idea of your income, or allowed some third-party app to access data it shouldn't.

If you've been led to believe there's only one approach to evaluating training, try Googling around for Stufflebeam, Brinkerhoff, Stake, and Scriven. Perhaps something else would better meet your needs at informing both your formative and summative evaluation processes. And there are others, so keep Googlin'.
