To change it to a PNG, You had to download JPG as a web page image and then change it in whatever software you use to do so. Copilot from Microsoft is not ready for primetime. Microsoft is not the only vendor that offers copilots. Some are 100% open source, and others are open but commercial, where you pay token fees.

In terms of pricing, Microsoft PowerPoint (standalone, not including full Microsoft Suite) will cost you about $109, for 1 user (both PC and Mac) in the Microsoft Store, but you can shop around and check out other vendors such as Amazon, Overstock or Office Max/Depot. In Captivate 9, we can import only these image (Shift+Ctrl+M) formats: JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, ICO, EMF, WMF, POT, POTX, and PICT. PNG: (Portable Network Graphics) It is better than JPEG and supports binary transparency and alpha channel transparency. POTX: An extension file of Microsoft PowerPoint Template file. A way to see the word count for your presentation is to click File > Download as > Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) From the Tools tab you can also open up the Preferences window. Images typically need to be under 2MB and in JPEG, GIF or PNG format to upload correctly. pptx) or Plain Text (.txt)
