I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?). SumTotal by Skillsoft – the 2016 re-haul is a huge plus. SumTotal by Skillsoft. Saba Learning.

LMS and performance management companies started merging and then the big HR/talent players acquired them. SAP acquired SuccessFactors who had acquired Plateau.
