Mzinga is clearly targeted at the learning space, being integrated with an LMS. Yet, for a learning group, Mzinga’s integration of formal and informal learning is also plausible. They indicated that there was a VIP room exclusively for big contributors where they could hobnob with the C-suite.

Top 11 to 20 Authoring Tools for 2013

I’d say that this is one product that is better suited for instructional designers/e-learning developers who loved Dazzler Max (late 90′s, early 2000′s product) or like the ability to do some customized actions, scripts and programming. . Will it replicate those craving for an Authorware return?

GUI follows suit. LMS vendors that created their own LRS. Many vendors have gone this route. As a result, the quality is all over the place. Some are strong, others are not. Data visualization is useful but to a degree. Data visualization is doable, but nothing to write home or email folks about. Another alternative out there. It is there.
