When I do find interesting tools I will keep track of them using my Delicious account.

Utilize propaganda techniques. Advertisers use propaganda techniques all the time, actually every day you see any advertising. Some great off the shelf content is Microsoft courses – i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Thus, you craft it just for that audience, list why – courses, content and send it.
