Other fun tidbits AICC was the leader here, then came SCORM. There were LMS vendors certified by AICC, but the majority were not, and yes, some said they were, then you go to the AICC web site and see that they are not. Not someone who says they are an expert, but never had an LMS in 2000 or 2004 for that matter.
