Captivate 2019 Issue – Converting 2017 course

I saved the changes I made to the course (which was originally created in Captivate 2017), which prompted me to “convert it” or update the course file to Captivate 2019. This is true for any browser, including Chrome, IE, or Firefox. Other folks from our organization has had similar issues when updating to the 2019 version.

Resolve issues in published output (SWF) when your Captivate 2017 project contains YouTube Widget

When you insert YouTube widget in your Adobe Captivate 2017 project using Interactions menu > Learning Interactions and view the SWF output, you may experience the following issues: Video content getting truncated/cut-off in IE 11. On Chrome and Firefox, You Tube widget doesn’t load. Playback controls (play, pause etc.)

Squares show up on slides viewing on Windows PC but not MAC

They were developed in 2017 on a Mac and viewed in Chrome. The squares do not show up on Firefox or Explorer on PC just Chrome. I have two small squares that show up on two slides while viewing a published project on a Windows PC, but they don’t show up while viewing on a Mac.

How to remove Vertical Scroll bar, right side of published presentation

I have: checked the project size, and read through the resize Adobe Captivate Project fact sheet, but that did not help. ensured Scalable HTML content is unchecked.

Project is not loading on web server…

I am using Adobe Captivate version of 2017 Release – 10.0.0.192. Please Note: I have tested on Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer and even on Mac Safari Browser. Project is working on Local machine while uploading on web server it is not loading.

Trying and failing to print a page from a Captivate module

I’m using Captivate 2017 (with latest update) on a Windows 10 machine & publish in html5. I’ve tried IE11, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Chrome browsers. I’ve adjusted the browser settings to allow background printing (as mentioned in another post), still the same. Can anyone help? What am I doing wrong?
