How much does it cost? Adobe Captivate costs $800 for a new license, or $359 for an upgrade from Captivate 5.5. Who is it for?

The model is an acronym for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The Agile Learning model is often held in contrast to the ADDIE process. Cloud-based LMS is quicker and cost-effective to install compared to self-hosted learning solutions. CMI5 (Computer Managed Instruction). Agile Learning.

Just like driving cross country- you could attempt this without a GPS (or AAA TripTik) but to do so will probably cost you time, extra gas money and some frustration if you don’t know where you’re going. Our industry relies heavily on compatibility- phenomenal instructional design means nothing if the course won’t play in your LMS.

There are currently three main publishing standards in the eLearning world: SCORM, AICC, and Tin Can API. (A Develop basic content or sophisticated courses with high production costs. Traditional SCORM content is Flash-based, which may cause issues on new platforms and mobile devices. Doesn’t allow elaborate reporting.
