I tested Bing with ChatGPT on a mobile device, and came away somewhat impressed, and equally unimpressed. It’s interesting that a language provider would be diving headfirst in working with OpenAI, when learning system vendors’ overwhelmingly, have ignored adding courses/content in teaching and thus learning foreign languages.
