Obviously, using Flash platform tools offered by Adobe. Also porting Flash runtimes on handheld devices has been made royalty free (which wasn’t the case earlier).

I mentioned this to a Flash developer at lunch today and I could see the frustration in his eyes wondering how he's going to meet the needs of his customers who use iPads.
