Im just about to kickoff a new project with a manufacturing organization to produce some custom courses. Im gonna call them an "immature e-Learning organization." That said, Im a little concerned that the gamer mentality is sometimes presented as important to corporate culture and that as a result women should get into gaming. Im a bit of an über a-hole when it comes to stereotypical representations - the giggly "girl" (which is the name of this episode) just lights my match. Which is correct?

Im concerned that women will be excluded if such a focus is put on gaming skills -- or at least the gamer label. Im just raising some questions.
