I’m here to tell you, not only can you establish revenue with B2B/B2C training via e-learning but do it in such a way, that it becomes RR – recurring revenue and customers/clients/members/partners into repeat buyers. . Heck, you could be an e-learning company who provides online learning to your customers. .

Questionmark. Yes it is a top-notch SaaS assessment tool and it has a lot of functionality, but the UI is dated and needs major revamp. Questionmark has a nice niche with the F500, and there are definitely CLO’s who love it, but is it sustainable over the next few years? Well, this ceremony is no different! The jury is out.

If you are going this route for your customers, trust me, there are far better options. . Best Authoring Tool for 2020 – Elucidat – Although the push for big companies, should not dissuade any customer, regardless of size, so the messaging I think is off, plus kill the instant music that plays, please. I say no more. .

There are those who provide the first year free of customer service/tech support. Speed tends to be quicker – hearing from their customers and making improvements based on that feedback. Customer service can be personalized and turnaround time is fast. Very poor customer service and support. One is Questionmark.

The fact they land customers at the show, tells me, that there is a demand for other systems, however if you do not show, then people do not know. Questionmark. I still think though that assessment tools like Questionmark may not be as useful in say 10 years. Authoring tool vendors were no-shows as well. . E-Learning 24/7.

Assessment tools including Online Testing Tools (even online proctoring) (ProProfs, ClassMarker, Questionmark). Custom course/content shops (lots of them out there). Custom Course Shops. Thus, from a price standpoint, price plays a partial factor in quality, but it is truly dependent on the custom development shop.
