Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to discuss. As a side note, I think selling Twitter/Yammer is harder than selling social bookmarking and wikis. Social bookmarking and wikis are often a smart replacement with obvious side benefits. This was discussed a fair bit during the session. methodologies.

I started using del.icio.us and Yahoo MyWeb to save bookmarks - locally saved favorites seem rather limited now. We had discussed Wikis, Blogs and were embarking on Second Life. Companies are going to have a big problem trying to handle this: More Discussion on Personal Work Learning Environments.
