There is actually a vendor who has a mobile app available on iTunes, Upside Learning. Sure, it is for their specific mobile learning platform (and I’m glad they do it), but they have one. They offer other apps too, but you have to visit their site. Blackboard Learn? Yep, an app. Yep, an app. Yes, an app.
