My latest take on those three vendors (plus one) are: Cornerstone On Demand – I have seen the new UI and I like what I saw. While the learning cloud and extended enterprise cloud are purchased by folks, I still see the platform – assuming you get all the modules as a HCM. Lots of potential. Waste of money.

The bridge has to be installed and integrated into the computer – web conferencing vendors should and some do, recommend that the bridge setup is handled by IT/IS personnel. I know of vendors who offer the capability of editing the audio, before it is posted, regardless if they are using VOIP or not. Very cool features.

At least one tablet vendor is launching a 3D version, although you have to wear glasses. Another vendor called Elliptic Labs doesn’t even use the camera for touch free gesturing. Think about this technology and an extended enterprise learning solution – WOW. The vendors are drawing them as we speak.
