I would estimate that there was a 60-40 split, still instructor led driven, but even a significant number of the ILT vendors were offering subsets or capabilities to turn their ILT into online via webinars or online courses. Mobile Learning. ILT heading into the online path in one way or another.

To me this is a very important question because it goes beyond, “what is nice” to what is “necessary” Mobile Learning – 68.5%. Peer Review, Chat, Collaborative Learning – 68.5%. Social Learning – 57.1%. ILT/Classroom mgt – 48.5%. E-commerce – 14.2%.

Even with products that are typically classroom based – some were including mobile learning capabilities. If I was to place an estimate on it – it would 50% e-learning. Sales training – It was huge, especially with mobile learning and gamification products. E-Learning 24/7.
