I’m seeing a nice increase with authoring tool vendors and even learning management systems incorporating via interface/integration or the “hidden link angle” other products. I know of a few LMS vendors who are adding tools coming from a variety of non-LMS vendors, via partnerships. Deep tagging.

For PPT lovers, you can synch video files with PPT with drag and drop. They are an online authoring system. They denied that to me, but after they gave me what the product did – I can state unequivocally that they are an online authoring system. You can also connect the iPad PPT to a monitor and show it there.

iSpring Pro but it only converts PPT to HTML5. E-Learning Vendors and Apps. Of those, it was extremely rare to find vendors who publicly offered this option. Nowadays finding LMS vendors who enable this capability are nearly zero. Offering the e-commerce model just isn’t happening, but it should.

Very very impressive, with mega features including desktop sharing, audio/video, whiteboards, along with remote administration tools, a moderating system, and a tool for importing documents in 32 different formats, integrates well with Moodle, but you do not need to have Moodle. Mindflash.com bills itself as a training management system, with the ability to create and upload courses, invitee end users (learners) and track results. What I found was a solution that is a rapid e-learning authoring tool that offers easy to use functions as uploading learners and basic tracking results. View Screenshot.

This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. . In all the years I have attended and have known about ATD (formally ASTD), this year is by far the most in terms of e-learning vendors, especially those in the LMS space.

I am still surprised on how vendors who are offering assessment only tools are staying in the game. Perhaps they are unaware of online authoring systems offering assessment features. PowerPoint – Ability to integrate or use PPT in your courses. Perhaps their audience is unaware of LMSs who offer assessment tools.
