There’s nothing more frustrating than blurry pictures. While you can try tinkering in a photo editing program, or shrinking the image and crossing your fingers in hopes that no one looks too closely, the best strategy is to start with crystal clear pictures. It was probably a low resolution image that wasn’t intended for print.

The images all had different background colors, and I needed them to all have a uniform look. You have a logo, icon, or other images that you’re trying to design with, but you need to remove the background of the image. You may need to add your company logo to a new image or add an icon to a PowerPoint presentation.

What you will learn: how to insert a picture into a smart shape. The color doesn’t matter, You are going to fill it with your picture in a while. In the properties panel go to IMAGE>IMAGE FILL. Now, move left in the properties panel and go to FILL>CUSTOM IMAGE. If you want just a picture, use png.

Adding an image to your course increases the value to learners if done right. Often, most eLearning images we find aren’t perfect, and a little editing may be necessary. But what if you’re not a Photoshop whiz or own a separate image editing software? Add an Image. In order to add an image, you have three options.

Thankfully, Snagit is able to save you time by taking your handwritten signature and turning it into a reusable image that can be applied to all electronic documents requiring a sign off. Upload the signature to your computer by taking a picture of it or scanning it. Open the Snagit Editor and select File > New Image.

You can follow along with the technique I have shown below choosing clip art / images you like. This tutorial takes a pictorial approach to show how my title clip image was created in PowerPoint. Click the thumbnail images to see the larger version. I searched for “butterfly” to find this picture. Add A Frame Image.
