It could go out to your system and get feedback from people, then summarized the people - then it locates the docs for you, then brings in other data and info. Adobe shows off Captivate 4 and the Adobe eLearning Suite

Typically these notes are then reported in a spreadsheet, a Word doc, via email, or occasionally through a more robust tracking system. Captivate 4 on Mac Adobe has been hinting about a Mac version of Captivate since at least DevLearn 2007. Captivate 4 will change this significantly. No word in when at this point.
