In one of my recent Optimizing PowerPoint for eLearning & Presentations classes , I demonstrated how to adjust the saturation of an inserted image to take the image to grayscale. After the class, one of the students asked how to make this adjustment on clip art images. Ensure the picture is selected.

Sometimes an eLearning course needs to be enhanced with an image , but finding the right one can be a chore in itself. It’s frustrating to locate an image only to find it just isn’t quite right. 5 Free Desktop Image Editors. 5 Free Online Image Editors. Let’s review a few of the common image editing tasks. PowerPoint 2010 comes with a background removal feature which makes it really easy. Select your image and click on Remove Background. Then copy and paste it back in as an image using Paste Special (.png).

A few years back, I was at a workshop where the PowerPoint team was showing some of the new features in the soon-to-be-released PowerPoint 2010.
