This evening I attended a webinar by ADL: the new standard (project TinCan) kickoff. The ADL will launch it in June. The next step is the adoption of the standard by authoring tools and LMS. But this effect will be visible in 2013. Scorm is finally going to catch up with the current times.

To help you better understand how Tin Can is transforming online learning , let’s now look under the hood of the software. Released in April 2013, Tin Can API succeeded its long-established predecessor, SCORM or Sharable Content Object Reference Model.
