Then I have a retake quiz button (up to 3 times). After review button is clicked and the questions are reviewed the Retake quiz button is missing. The quiz can not be retaken? Also I have Score, Max Score, Correct Questions, Total Questions, Accuracy % and Quiz attempts all checked. Only Score shows up?

For an assessment that uses click boxes to test learners’ knowledge of navigation, we set the Passing score action to be Exit. For the Failing score action, we used the Show Retake Button option, as well as an Exit action which allows the learner to leave the quiz and review the course material before taking the quiz again.
