In Okemos, Michigan , where TechSmith is located, they're calling for a foot or more of snow! We even have TechSmith Titanium sporks. That's where the idea came from to make a giant version of the TechSmith spork to measure the snow fall. Camtasia TechSmith Camtasia Studioby Kevin Siegel Closed captioning (CC) allows you to provide descriptive information in your published eLearning project that typically matches the voiceover audio contained in your Camtasia project. There are a couple of ways you can add closed captions to your project. During this post I'm going to show you how you can add the captions manually (by typing or copying/pasting from an existing script), and how to have Camtasia transcribe the voiceover audio using the Speech-to-text feature.

As valuable as many developers viewed the PIP feature, TechSmith dealt away with it in Camtasia Studio 8. With Camtasia Studio 8, it seems that the good folks over at TechSmith agree with me. by Kevin Siegel. received an email from a Camtasia developer inquiring about the apparent demise of Camtasia's Picture-in-Picture (PIP) feature.
