What are the most important methods to adopt in addition to the tools? Should twitter be part of your tool set? This sounds a lot like a personal learning environment, personal knowledge management (PKM) and personal work and learning environment (PWLE) and PIM. What should be in your tool set? There are no excuses.

When I look at my particular skills, methods and tools for 2009 and compare them to 2008, I would say that it’s mostly a question of degree of use and certainly my use of Twitter has grown.
