PLE - PWLE Discussion Contiunes - Corporate vs Personal and IP Rights

Providing a blogging tool and helping employees to learn how to use this as part of their PWLE would seem like a great idea for many corporations. This is the only part I really have issue with.

Re-orientation

My RSS aggregator has 3,000+ unread items. Links take me to my blogs, tools, events, clocks, clubs, and communities. My home page links to my public-facing material: blogs, videos, Flickr, SlideShare, popular articles, several communities, free chapters from Informal Learning, and so on. It’s overwhelming.
