This high-touch type of interface should enable lots of interactivity, games and simulations. For a variety of reasons that probably only insiders understand, both the iPad and the iPhone do not play Flash movies. The tablet does not come with a video camera. This is a great way to foster engaging learning experiences.

Next time, remember the damn camera. Much like NexLearn, their tools and "Paks" really automate the creation of very low threshold games and simulations - remember the key is rapid. Yes, I know you can embed real interactivity into courseware via games, branched simulations, virtual worlds etc, but hardly anyone does that. Suddenly SMEs are back in the game… Write up a Word doc and convert it? So your PDFs can go in there, but so too can your audio clips, videos, puzzles, games, quizzes and simulations.
