Whilst companies using G Suite can upgrade to a paid version with more business functionality, for the individual user the free version offers all the tools they’re likely to need. Version history allows you to see past iterations of a document, which can be incredibly useful.

There’s a bunch of grid layouts for adding photography, but you can’t overlay a grid on the slide. However, the paid version offers various brand personalisation options, so this issue can be resolved. Google Slides is Google’s version of PowerPoint. Converting to Google Slides is not as easy as converting to PowerPoint.
