Here are my top five tools: Webinar: There are a number of ways to teach and present live from beyond the classroom. I regularly present live (synchronous) webinars or web seminars, and other teaching sessions from my home office, or from a hotel room, and conceivably just about anywhere else there is connectivity to the internet.

I have also presented recently at one of Steve Hargardon's live Elluminate global webinars, and have to say that the experience was very similar to the MOOC. I know that there is more to a MOOC than participating in live webinars. Good luck to anyone who decides to set up and deliver a MOOC this side of the Atlantic.
